Rialto, California · Established 2016
We are a nine-person freight agency two exits off the I-210. Our dispatchers cover full truckload, LTL, reefer and port drayage out of Southern California and back-haul into every one of the lower 48 states — with one named contact from booking to proof of delivery.
What we actually do
Pablo Maser started Mesa Line in a one-room office on Riverside Avenue after fourteen years dispatching produce out of the Coachella Valley. The idea was simple: quote honestly, pay carriers on time, and never make a shipper explain their freight twice.
Today the desk runs nine people and a contracted pool of more than four hundred and eighty carriers. We still do it the same way — one dispatcher owns your account, picks up when you call, and sends the BOL and POD without being chased.

Services
Whether it is a single pallet to Phoenix or forty containers a week off the Long Beach terminals, the workflow is the same: we quote, we vet, we dispatch, we track, we close the paperwork.
53' dry van, 48' and specialty trailers across the 48 states. Dedicated capacity on repeating lanes, spot coverage when volume spikes.
Continuous-run reefers with temperature download on delivery. Produce, dairy, floral, pharma-adjacent and protect-from-freeze in winter.
One to twelve pallets on class-rated or volume pricing, with consolidation through our Rialto cross-dock when it saves a shipper money.
Container pulls from Los Angeles, Long Beach and BNSF/UP ramps, including per-diem watch, chassis sourcing and street-turn coordination.
Building materials, steel, machinery and palletized industrial freight with tarps, coil racks and permitted over-dimensional moves.
Sprinter, box truck and driver-team service when a line is down or a retailer appointment cannot slip. Quoted in minutes, not hours.
How a load runs
No black box. Here is exactly what happens after you send us a shipment, and who owns each step.
Send the lane, weight, commodity, pickup window and any appointment rules. Quotes go back the same business day — usually inside an hour.
We pull from our contracted pool first. Authority, $100k+ cargo coverage, safety scores and prior performance on the lane are checked before dispatch.
You get a rate confirmation, the carrier's MC number, driver name and truck details in writing before the truck rolls.
GPS where the carrier supports it, morning check-calls where it does not, plus a heads-up before any delay becomes your problem.
Signed BOL and POD emailed within 24 hours of delivery. One clean invoice, standard net-30 terms for approved accounts.

Who we haul for
Cold-chain runs out of Coachella, Oxnard and the Central Valley into Texas and the Southeast.
Tile, lumber, roofing and fixtures moving between SoCal yards and jobsites in NV, AZ and UT.
Container de-vans into 3PL warehouses, plus appointment-critical retail DC deliveries.
Machinery, packaging and spare parts on flatbed, van and expedited equipment.
In their words
“We moved eleven reefer loads a week through last summer's produce rush and not one appointment was missed. Their dispatcher called me before I had to call him — every single time.”
Operations Manager, cold-storage packer — Ontario, CA
“Pablo quoted our Long Beach pulls straight, including per-diem risk. After two years we still get the same two people on email. That is rarer than it should be.”
Import Coordinator, houseware importer — Fontana, CA
“A tarped step-deck load shifted in Barstow. Mesa Line had photos, a repower and an updated ETA to my customer inside three hours. That is why we keep them on the list.”
Purchasing Lead, building products distributor — Las Vegas, NV
Send the lane and the commodity. If we cannot cover it well, we will tell you that instead of sitting on your freight.
