Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

Mesa Line Freight Group (“Mesa Line”, “we”, “us”) operates the website at agent.sriluxmitulasi.com and arranges freight transportation services from Rialto, California. We respect the privacy of shippers, carriers and visitors, and we keep the amount of personal information we handle to the minimum needed to move freight and answer enquiries.

This policy applies to information collected through this website, by email at press@agent.sriluxmitulasi.com, by telephone at 909-859-9294, and in the course of arranging shipments. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

  • Contact and business details — name, company, job role, work email address, telephone number and mailing address, submitted through the rate request form, by email or over the phone.
  • Shipment information — origin and destination addresses, commodity descriptions, weights, pallet counts, pickup and delivery windows, appointment references, special handling instructions and any documents you send us such as bills of lading or packing lists.
  • Carrier information — for motor carriers applying to haul for us: MC/DOT numbers, W-9 tax forms, certificates of insurance, banking details for settlement, and signed carrier agreements.
  • Correspondence — the content of emails, form submissions and notes taken during calls, retained so a different dispatcher can pick up your file.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. This is generated by the web server as a normal part of serving pages.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to control them. The site does not run advertising trackers by default.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government identity documents, health data, biometric data, precise geolocation from visitors, or information from children under 16.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not rent, trade or otherwise disclose your contact details to marketing lists.

3. Who we share it with

  • Motor carriers and their drivers — the pickup and delivery contact, address, appointment reference and commodity details needed to complete your shipment.
  • Service providers — our web host, email provider, accounting software and, where applicable, transportation management and load-board platforms. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
  • Insurers and claim adjusters — where a cargo or liability claim is opened.
  • Professional advisers — accountants and legal counsel bound by confidentiality.
  • Authorities — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property or the safety of others.
  • Business transfer — if the business is sold or merged, records may transfer to the acquirer under the same commitments.

5. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Access to shipment and customer records is limited to the staff who need it, protected by individual accounts and multi-factor authentication on our email and accounting systems. Paper documents kept at the Rialto office are stored in locked filing. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals and the California Attorney General as required by law.

6. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes and the categories of recipients;
  • Access a copy of that information in a portable format;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations;
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may confirm this with us in writing;
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA;
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge a different price or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised a right.

To exercise any right, email press@agent.sriluxmitulasi.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”, or call 909-859-9294. We will verify your identity by matching the details to our records and will respond within 45 days, extendable once by a further 45 days where necessary. An authorised agent may submit a request with written permission.

7. Other jurisdictions

If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your country. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to a request, we handle it on the bases described in section 2, and you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Marketing

We send freight market updates and lane availability notes only to business contacts who asked for them or who have an active shipping relationship with us. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply “stop” or email us and we will remove you the same week. We do not send SMS marketing.

9. Third-party links

Pages on this site may link to carrier portals, terminal appointment systems, mapping services or regulator databases. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their practices. The map shown on our contact page is embedded from OpenStreetMap and loads only when that page is opened.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it. Because we do not run cross-site advertising trackers, browsing this site does not feed any advertising profile regardless of that setting.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date at the top and, for material changes affecting how we use your information, we will note the change on the homepage for at least 30 days. Previous versions are available on request.
